Such a unique theme to work on.
The brief was to have glass mosaic art on cake, and also vegetarian….. hmmmm …turns out most edible mosaic work is made of gelatin ….. which isn’t vegetarian.

After lot of research I found a way to make sugar edible mosaic . Happy the way it turned out. I m sure if I had time at hand and more practice could have made it more better .
