Our signature Alleppey Mango Fish Curry at Jhol is a vibrant tribute to India’s magnificent coastal culinary heritage. Cooked in a luscious, velvety coconut milk base, this dish strikes the perfect harmony between the sharp, fruity tang of raw mangoes and the gentle warmth of traditional spices.We serve it the authentic way—alongside perfectly seasoned, comforting kappa (mashed tapioca)—to soak up every last drop of that aromatic gravy as well as some matta rice.Coastal Indian food is a vast, beautiful spectrum.
