Meet Filippo Valmori - from Italy, inside the 50 best bars list for the last four years. He took his first steps in FLORENCE at “IL LOCALE” - at the time, voted no. 29 in the world. Specialised in the last years at “PARADISO”, picking up new techniques and skills about bartending.
