10月17日、土曜日の夜。
タラートノイに響く太鼓の音。
夜空に舞う火花と、大きな龍。
チョウ・スー・コン廟（Chow Sue Kong Shrine）を中心に行われる、ギンジェーの龍舞行列。
ギンジェーは、タイの中華系コミュニティに受け継がれる菜食と信仰の祭り。街がひとつになり、伝統とエネルギーがあふれる季節です。
いつもの道も、いつもの景色も、
日によってまったく違って見える。
料理しながらもワクワクします👀

The sound of drums echoing through Talat Noi.
Sparks lighting up the night sky.
And a giant dragon moving through the streets.
The Gin Jae dragon parade, centered around Chow Sue Kong Shrine, brings the neighborhood to life with tradition, faith, and incredible energy.
Gin Jae is a traditional vegetarian festival deeply rooted in Thailand’s Chinese community — a time when the streets come alive with culture, devotion, and a shared spirit.
The same streets, the same familiar corners, yet every day feels a little different.
Even while we’re busy cooking at HUGS, we can’t help but feel excited watching it all unfold. 👀
