知ってる人もいれば、知らない人も。笑

そうだよね。
もう何十年も前の映画。

でも、たまに昔のものに浸りたくなる時があります。

映画だったり、音楽だったり、
その頃の空気だったり。

今日も1.21ジゴワットの朝でお待ちしております。⚡️

This morning started with a conversation
“Do you know Back to the Future?”

Some people did. Some people didn’t. lol

Makes sense.

It’s a movie from decades ago, after all.

But sometimes, you just want to sink into the past.
The music, the films, the atmosphere of those days.

And that kind of morning isn’t so bad.

We’ll be waiting for you today at 1.21 gigawatts. ⚡️

New menu 🍝

Ricotta & Thai Cherry Tomato Spaghetti
Parmigiano · Shichimi

チェリートマトとリコッタ。

塩とパルミジャーノだけで仕上げた、
シンプルなスパゲッティ。

トマトの酸味に、
リコッタのやわらかなクリーミーさ。

最後に七味を少し。

イタリアのようで、
どこかバンコク。
そして日本テイスト

こういう朝のスパゲッティも、
HUGSらしいと思う。

A simple spaghetti,
finished with just salt and Parmigiano.

The acidity of the tomatoes,
the soft creaminess of ricotta.

A little shichimi to finish.

A little Italian,
somewhere in Bangkok.
With a touch of Japan.
