Here’s a little throw back of the black sticky rice and toasted rice sourdough that Chef Sareen used to make back in Melbourne.
A little flour, water, and a determined young chef, became the start of what is now Small Dinner Club.
That ritual turned into practice, which led to an idea and philosophy.
Today, every plate at SDC still carries the same spirit.
