Wines at Unbeatable Prices

We've always found it strange that the same bottle of w**e costs far more in a restaurant than in a shop.

So we decided not to do that.

At Bella Ciao, around 50 Italian w**es are sold at retail prices — the same you'd pay at a w**e store, with no restaurant markup. A sommelier helped us select them, from everyday reds to Ferrari Brut and Bottega Prosecco.

Prices start at ฿1,200. The lake view is included.

Good w**e shouldn't feel like an indulgence. It should just be part of a good evening. 🍷

How We Make All Pasta by Ourselves
Every morning, before the first guests arrive, someone in our kitchen starts making pasta.

It's not something we outsource or buy in. Flour, eggs, a rolling pin, and time — that's it. Tagliatelle, ravioli, whatever the menu calls for that day. Made by hand, in our kitchen, the same morning you eat it.

It takes longer. It costs more. But there's no real substitute for fresh pasta, and we'd rather do it properly.

Chef Giulio learned this way of working in the kitchens he came up through — you make things yourself, or you don't make them at all.

If you've only ever had pasta from a packet, you'll notice the difference on the first bite.

Something we've wanted to fix for a long time is finally sorted: parking.

We now have 50 spaces available just 30 metres from the restaurant. No more driving around looking for a spot, no more squeezing into tight corners — you arrive, park, and walk straight to your table.

This changes things for us in a practical way. Larger groups are now much easier to accommodate, and so are guests who come by car.

If parking was the reason you hadn't visited yet, that reason is gone.
