A small farewell gathering from our loved customer to now very good friend, Barbara or Pa B, so we are making an unforgettable Thai cuisine for her which are 🥰.

❤️Homegrown garden fresh rolls
❤️Crispy tilapia fish with mango salad
❤️Oven baked chit with brown rice and curry sauce
❤️Crispy skin salmon with hollandaise sauce with green vegetables

We would love to make it incredible and unforgettable for last day in Chiangmai, and yes it comes as our soul plan for her, very joyful.

เราใช้เค้าทำหลายเมนูคะ เช่น ชา เครื่องดื่มต่างๆ ปรุงอาหาร แต่งจาน มากมายจริงๆคะ
จากประสบการณ์ที่ปลูกเค้ามา มินท์ปลูกในดินดีมาก แต่เค้าจะขยายและเลื้อยออกนอกพื้นที่ ก็ต้องคอยดูแลตกแต่ง อื่นๆก็สวยงามแบบไม่ต้องรดน้ำมาก เค้าชอบแดด และ น้ำในปริมาณที่พอสมควรคะ
ทารากอน สวยงามมากในฤดูฝนคะ
โรสแมรี่ เค้าไม่คอยชอบหน้าฝนเท่าไร ไม่ชอบน้ำมากด้วย ช่วงฤดูฝนก็ต้องย้ายมาปลูกในอาคารคะ
❤️ ใครชอบดม หรือ ดื่ม หรือทาน ลองปลูกเค้าดูนะคะ

Western herbs that we grow so well here are :
❤️oregano
❤️thyme
❤️rosemary
❤️tarragon
❤️lemon thyme
❤️mints
We use them with both food and beverages.
From the experience we have planted them, mints expand beautifully on the ground. Oregano, thyme and rosemary don’t like rain that much, but they can survive. Taragon is a queen of western herbs in this season 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

ฤดูฝนที่เชียงใหม่ปีนี้ มาเร็วกว่ากำหนด และน้ำค่อนข้างมาก สิ่งที่เราลองปลูกไว้ก็มากอยู่ (เพื่อที่จะนำมาทำอาหารแบบปลอดสาร)
แต่ที่รอดจากน้ำ และแมลงในหน้านี้ อย่างสวยงาม คือ สมุนไพรไทยเรานี่เอง 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
❤️กระเพรา
❤️พริก ทุกชนิด
❤️ตะไคร้
❤️ผักชีลาว
เมนูที่เราสนุกกับการใช้วัตถุดิบเหล่านี้ก็คือ เมนูคั่วพริกเกลือ ต้มยำ และอีกมากมายทั้งอาหารไทย และฝรั่ง

This year, the rain has come quite early. We have a lot of rain. Our land got flooded badly. What we have grown are damaged and died, but fortunately our Thai herbs are still alive beautifully like:
❤️Holy basil
❤️Chili
❤️Lemongrass
❤️Galanga
We have use them for both Thaifood and international food , very fresh and tasty 😋

เธอชื่อ “ชบาเมเปิ้ล” สาวสวยประจำสวนเรา เดือนกุมภาพันธ์เราได้เธอมาตอนเด็กๆสูงแค่ 50 เซนติเมตร ตอนนี้ 5 เดือนผ่านไป เธอสูงใหญ่ ถึง 2 เมตรกว่า และแข็งแรง ในทุกฤดู
เธอเติบโตมาก และมีประโยชน์มาก ดังนี้
1. ช่วยฟอกโลหิต บำรุงจิตใจให้แช่มชื่น บำรุงผิวพรรณ
2. บรรเทาโรคเกี่ยวกับไต
3. ช่วยเรื่องเสียเลือดประจำเดือนมากเกินไป ประจำเดือนมา ไม่สม่ำเสมอ รวมทั้งปัญหาเรื่องระดูขาว

Her name is “Chaba Mable🍁 “she was here in February like a little girl in 50 centimeters hight. 5 months have passed, she has grown up tall up to 2 meters. She is strong and has a lot of benefits in her.
1. Help blood circulation
2. Help losing a lot of bloody during period.
3. Help kidney problems
So....we got to do something. We took the leaves 🍁 and fried them having them with dipping sauce, and also have them fresh in salad 🥗. Her taste is a bit sour, but yummy when fry and tasty when eat fresh 😋

In May 2021, in the beginning of the rainning season, our cucumber is one of our queen so far in the garden 🥳. They are ready to serve. We can have them fresh in every dishes for this summer.
Menus that we have cooked so far are :
❤️cucumber salad
❤️cucumber relish
**They are so refreshing to have it together with Thai food........
