It is in tremendous condition having recently been re-turfed throughout with Platinum Paspalum grass, the new standard in the golf industry. Noted for a challenging round of golf, while maintaining a quick pace of play (4 hours or less), Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club offers four sets of tees for all golfing abilities and premium Titleist rental golf clubs. Facilities include a full-service pro shop, practice warm-up net and chipping and putting areas, bag-storage, flood-lit tennis and Fairways Bar and Grill. This week golf's spotlight is on the Solheim Cup, with Team USA and Team Europe's players crossing an ocean to compete side by side for their country. Kitchen Maintenance Notice | 7 to 27 September

Please note that the kitchen at #19 Bar & Restaurant will be closed from Monday 7 September through Sunday 27 September while essential work is carried out on the roof and kitchen extraction system.

During this time, we will still be serving a simple BBQ menu featuring burgers, chicken sandwiches and hot dogs, alongside prepackaged sandwiches, salads and pastries.

The bar will remain open as usual from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank our members and guests for their patience while this important maintenance is completed.

A recurring theme across golf's Reddit communities this week: how much small etiquette lapses affect everyone else's round.
