Today we lost a legend. Bugaloo knew how to work with the most simple things, to make beauty. With some 2x4 planks of wood, paint, fresh conch, scotch bonnet peppers, and a lemon, the man made Provo’s first loved conch spot. From the original small spot in Blue Hills, to the now standing in 5 Cays, his spirit guided all including the special friendship with Mike that made Bugaloo’s name as known as it is today

May the beer always be cold, the food always fresh, the music sweet and the people smiling. That’s what Berlie Williams,, AKA Bugaloos enjoyed.

Join us at Bugaloos and let’s toast to a man who knew what life what about.

While we love our whole island, Bugaloos has always been about getting out of the main strip, finding our hidden spot and getting your real island vibes on.

So while we had fun serving you island food and drinks at places like Grace Bay, we’re getting back to our original roots with sticking to our main location at Five Cays where the musicians are, the best fisherman on the island and the people that make us who we are.

Whether you hitch a ride, rent a Jeep, ride a horse or build a handmade raft and come by sea, from now on we’ll be at our Five Cayes location only. Because if there’s one thing we do right, it’s being real.

Places I’d much rather be right now #24: Having lunch and enjoying the view in Five Cays, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos 🇹🇨.The numerous conch specialties are served straight from the sea at Bugaloos Conch Crawl. Just doesn’t get any fresher. And this is just one of TCI’s many great beachside restaurants.

Meet Berlie Williams, a.k.a. Bugaloo. Born in Bottle Creek in North Caicos Bugaloo’s first job was as a busboy for a hotel in the Bahamas where he lived as a teen. He was so which on his feet and full of passion thwt his then boss said, he “sure did like to Boogie around;” hence Bugaloo was conceived.
