Every story has people who become family. ❤️

When we started the very first chapter of SAvRi Brunch Café, a young, shy SHTTC graduate walked through our doors. None of us knew that almost 10 years later, she would still be part of this journey.

This story isn’t just ours…
It’s hers too.

From the early mornings, the busy brunches, the laughter, the challenges, and every new beginning she has been there through it all.

Thank you, Char, for your loyalty, your passion, and for growing with us. You have helped shape the heart of SAvRi in more ways than you know.

Now, as we prepare to write a brand-new chapter, we also want to celebrate you.

And because she’s a little camera shy… we let AI do the honors. 😄

Today we celebrate our amazing Head Chef, Charnella Kastiel, as she celebrates her 35th birthday.

✨ Chapter 6: A New Chapter Begins… ✨

Every chapter we’ve shared has shaped who we are today.

The highs.
The lows.
The victories.
The heartbreaks.
The lessons.

And now…

Our next chapter is being written. ❤️

SavRi is entering a new era.

We’re rebranding !!!!
but our heart remains exactly the same.

The same passion.
The same unforgettable flavors.
The same love for food.
The same love for people.
The same creativity that started it all back in Chapter One.

As we grow, it’s time to say goodbye to the logo that has carried us through so many memories…

…and proudly introduce a new identity that reflects who SavRi has become and where we’re headed next.

This isn’t the end of our story.

It’s the beginning of something even more beautiful.

✨ Chapter 5: Home… Before Time Stood Still ✨

Then came Plutostraat.
The place we truly called home. ❤️

We built it in just 90 days, and looking back… all we can say is WOW we did THAT!!!

Every corner, every detail, every meal, every laugh it was built with love, passion, and countless sleepless nights. We finally felt like we had found our forever home. And it truly is our forever home.

We Fought our way through this one !!!!
This chapter made us appreciate some people more and more !

And you welcomed us with open arms.

For 1½ beautiful years, we created memories that will stay with us forever.
Dishes that you still dream about!
And creativity that will show that all things are possible 🫶🏽

Then… time stood still once again.

We faced challenges we never imagined boycotts, partnerships that weren’t as strong as we believed, and some of the biggest lessons we’ve ever learned.

Once again, we had to move.

We found shelter in a place that was never truly our home, and although we’re forever grateful for the helping hands we received, something was different.

Somewhere along the way, we lost a piece of ourselves. Our touch. Our flavors. Our rhythm.

And then we experienced one of the greatest losses of all…

We said goodbye to the biggest supporter of SavRi , the owner’s mother mama D❤️🕊️.

After that… time truly stood still.

Our hearts were heavy, and the soul of SavRi had been through more than words could ever describe.

Writing this chapter has brought tears to our eyes, but it also reminds us how incredibly resilient this journey has been.

Because even when life tried to break us… the story wasn’t over!!!! We needed to rest reset, heal and focus…….

✨ Chapter 4: Tiny Buffet Was Born ✨

COVID may have stopped us… but it never stopped our creativity. ❤️

When one door closed, we found another way to keep doing what we love.

That’s how Tiny Buffet was born.

The bites you loved served in perfectly sized portions. Every box was made with love, bringing people together for birthdays, celebrations, meetings, and life’s special moments, even during uncertain times.

What started as a challenge became one of our greatest blessings. It reminded us that even in the hardest seasons, new ideas can bloom.

Sometimes, life’s biggest setbacks become the beginning of something beautiful.

✨ Chapter 3: Granaatstraat ✨

Then came COVID-19.

Like so many others, our world changed overnight. We had to close our doors, put our dreams on pause, and face one of the hardest seasons of our journey.

So… we moved AGAIN this time to Granaatstraat.

If we’re honest, those days weren’t always easy. There were challenges, uncertainty, and moments when we wondered what the future would hold.

But then there was you. ❤️

Every child who walked through our doors, every smile, every hug, and every parent every friend and every couple who believed in us filled our hearts in ways you’ll never know. You reminded us why we started and gave us the strength to keep going.

Granaatstraat may not have been perfect, but it became a place filled with love, laughter, and memories we’ll cherish forever.

Sometimes the hardest chapters become the ones that shape us the most.
