This year, we’re taking you on an Island Escape with three specially created main courses:

🥩 Escape to Jamaica — Jerk Tenderloin
Seared beef tenderloin served with creamy mashed potatoes, charred bok choy, grilled pineapple, pineapple-infused jerk jus, and Madame Jeanette herb oil.
🍗 Escape to Java — Ayam Goreng
Indonesian-spiced chicken thigh with potato bregedel, sweet & spicy rambutan sauce, and garlic stir-fried kangkong.
🐟 Mandarin Salmon Kushiyaki
Japanese-style grilled salmon with a savoury mandarin yakitori glaze, crispy eggplant, and chilled sesame noodles.
