In just a couple of days, Restaurant K2 - holder of one Michelin Star and one Green Star - takes over the newly refurbished Huset Restaurant for a special pop‑up dinner on March 11th.

Head Chef Ola Klepp brings the best of Stavanger to Svalbard, blending it with the Arctic ingredients and techniques Huset is known for. A one‑night celebration of Norway’s finest flavors.

We’re thrilled to announce that Restaurant K2 will be hosting a pop-up dinner at Huset on March 11th.

Led by Head Chef Ola Klepp, holder of one Michelin Star and one Green Star, the evening will celebrate the very best of Norwegian produce, with a strong focus on the Stavanger region, combined with the Arctic ingredients and techniques Huset is known for.

Ola and Alberto first met at the food and sea sustainability congress Encuentro De Los Mares in Tenerife. Since then, the idea of cooking together has been growing - and now it’s finally becoming a reality.

We look forward to seeing this collaboration come to life.

A huge thank you to all our guests and everyone who made 2025 such an unforgettable year. We can’t wait to welcome you back and share the results with you very soon. Happy New Year - and see you again in February.

Cristian Cuenca will leave Huset this December. Before he goes, we wanted to share a moment that does him justice.

Cristian first reached out to us after our presentation at Madrid Fusión. The determination he showed from the beginning has remained constant - equal parts drive, discipline, and kindness.

Now it’s time for him to explore new horizons. We’re sad to lose both the professional and the person he has been in our kitchen. But we’re equally proud to see him leave on such a strong and graceful note.

Good luck on what comes next. You will always have our support. And with Svalbard, it’s never the final goodbye.
