Razmišljate, ali je Čompa primerna tudi za kosilo s poslovnim partnerjem, stranko, naročnikom ali ekipo?

Je, zagotovo. Miza v zadnjem delu Čompe je ravno prav odmaknjena in omogoča tudi nekaj zasebnosti za poslovne pogovore. Vzdušje v Čompi je sproščeno in domače, še tako zahtevne poslovne teme pa v družbi dobre hrane in prijetnega ambienta postanejo nekoliko prijetnejše.

Lepo vabljeni na kosilo ob petkih in sobotah, med 13.00 in 16.00.

Yes, absolutely. The table at the back of Čompa is nicely tucked away and offers a little more privacy for business conversations. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely, and even the more demanding business topics feel a little easier in the company of good food and a pleasant setting.

You are warmly invited for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, between 1 PM and 4 PM.

Kljub temu, da stoji v kotu... je žar središče Čompe.

Je rdeča nit, ki povezuje naše jedi. Tukaj dobijo svoj okus, okrepijo značaj.
Ko smo vas vprašali, na kaj najprej pomislite, ko pomislite na Čompo, je bil prav žar eden izmed vaših najpogostejših odgovorov.

Pri nas žar ni samo del kuhinje. Je del naše identitete. In že ta pogled na ogenj, oglje in pripravo žara je nekaj posebnega. Kar malce pogreje, kajne?

“Ko vstopite, najprej zagledate gospodarico Milo, ki s svojo srčno gostoljubnostjo poskrbi, da se boste takoj počutili domače. Nato pogled pritegne žar na naravno oglje – ker ni prav velik, boste težko verjeli, da na njem pripravljajo prav vse jedi. Če kdo ne je mesa, je na voljo pisana ponudba zelenjavnih jedi in solat, v spomladanskih mesecih so hit popečeni šparglji z naribanim sirom.”

Če imate zares srečo, se pri nas včasih najde tudi kakšna prosta miza. A če si želite biti res brez skrbi, je rezervacija vedno najboljša izbira.

Čompa je majhna, predvsem večeri pa se hitro napolnijo. Obenem si želimo, da ima vsak gost svoj čas in priložnost, da v jedi in druženju zares uživa, brez hitenja.

Zato priporočamo, da mizo rezervirate vnaprej, še posebej ob koncu tedna, za večje družbe ali ob posebnih priložnostih.

Čompa is small, and the evenings especially tend to fill up quickly. At the same time, we want every guest to have their own time and space to truly enjoy the food and the company, without rushing.
