Naš grški golaž. 🇬🇷❤️

Začimbe so res zanimiva stvar, kako lahko jed popolnoma preobrnejo.
Poleg začimb je seveda pomembno, da golaž vsebuje dobro meso 😀 pa na tone čebule - nato vse to skupaj kuhamo doooo razpada mesa 😉 in postrežemo kar tako kot dip za pite, z domačimi rezanci ali s krompirčkom. 🤤

Spices are really an interesting thing - how they can completely transform a dish.
Besides spices, it’s of course important that the goulash contains good meat 😀 and tons of onions. then we cook it all together until the meat falls apart 😉 and serve it just like that as a dip for pitas, with homemade pasta, or with potatoes. 🤗
