People always ask me why our lamb hummus tastes different. The secret? It's exactly how we eat it back home.

I don't believe in shortcuts. We use chilled Australian lamb — never frozen — and we mince and marinate it right here in my kitchen. I even use sumac for the onions, even though it's a bit more expensive, because that's the right way to do it.

When you come to Pete's, you're not just getting a meal; you're getting a piece of my heritage. I make the hummus fresh every morning just for you.
