Beef cheek braised for hours until it falls apart, bone marrow melted through the filling, then wrapped and fried until perfectly crisp. Familiar in spirit, reimagined at Il Toro.

Some nights feel a little like magic, and this was definitely one of them. Thank you for those who came down to Savour Life’s first culinary experience, Playing with Fire, with Chef Hashida and Chef Drew.

And this is just the beginning. Savour Life will be rolling out monthly pop-ups all the way through January 2027. The next experience lands in September.
