A taste of growing up. 🤎
A little different from what we usually create, the Ah Girl Pandan Jagung Cake takes inspiration from the familiar sweets many of us grew up with — corn kueh and fragrant pandan kaya cake.
Instead of leaning entirely into classic cake textures, it brings together light pandan soufflé sponge with fresh corn kueh and a smooth pandan coconut kueh finish, creating a playful meeting of cake and kueh in every bite.
Created in celebration of a local coming-of-age story that shares the same nostalgic spirit, it is a little taste of the good old times, made to be enjoyed all over again. Discover more about the inspiration behind the cake on our website. ✨

Old-fashioned sponge has a character of its own.
Our Confetti Cake uses an old-fashioned sponge with a fine, even crumb and a springy, structured texture. Naturally less moist when enjoyed on its own, this traditional sponge is designed to take on the moisture and flavours of the layers around it.
Paired with caramel chantilly and salted caramel with cocoa nib streusel, the sponge softens beautifully and balances the richer fillings — best enjoyed together in one complete bite. 🤎
