Honestly, there are many amazing restaurants out there (way fancier than us 😂), but what I truly respect is this man’s energy. In his 70s, still working everyday, still chatting with customers like it’s his first day on the job.

That’s the dream for us at
A place where everyone can afford good food, and we’re still standing in the kitchen, full of energy, serving with love even when we’re old uncles already 💪🐔
