Join us this 7th may in our first and very last guest series with Ameer before we shut off operations at .

Singaporean chef with an inspiring work history: He started his apprenticeship at Cure Restaurant and worked at Meta Restaurant with a Michelin star kitchen brigade.

Ameer also spent two years at Waku Ghin, a highly respected restaurant with two Michelin stars, working under the renowned chef Tetsuya Wakuda.

In Melbourne, he worked as a sous chef for Three hatted Chef Gabriel Martin and at Bentley Restaurant in Sydney, which had two hats.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our departure from from 15 may. Our journey at Brine has been nothing short of amazing, and it has been our greatest pleasure to serve you all these years. Even though we'd prefer to look for a new place right away, we want to take our time and find a permanent place we can call home for years to come.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to our loyal customers and dedicated staff who made Brine such a special place. We will always cherish the memories and the community we built together.

And to our team who never wavered, the backbone of our success. Thank you for you dedication, passion and hard work. We would not have been able to achieve what we have today. While we will be closing our doors for now, it is not forever.

Thank you everyone for being a part of our journey. We hope to see you very soon!
