The wait is over. Our Spring Long Jing has arrived at the teahouse.

Among the most anticipated teas of the season, Long Jing (龙井) captures the quiet freshness of early spring - tender leaves, gentle fragrance, and the distinctive nutty sweetness that defines this celebrated green tea.

This year, we are pleased to share two origins.

Long Jing Superior - 梅家坞
Picking date: 13 March 2026
Crafted from the Zhongcha 108 (中茶108号) varietal, known for its early sprouting and tender leaves. The tea carries notes of fresh grass, pistachio, and delicate sweetness, accompanied by a graceful orchid fragrance and refreshing finish.

Long Jing Premium - 狮峰
Picking date: 24 March 2026
Made from the well-known Longjing 43 varietal, distinguished by its plump buds, pure aroma, and rich flavour. This tea expresses a deeper body while maintaining the elegance characteristic of true Long Jing.

Harvested in the first flush of spring, these leaves reflect the character of their origins and the season in which they were picked.
