We are 8!

Eight years ago, atout started with a vision: to create a space where food, wine, and people come together with food served with no chemicals and from known sources. Over the years, we have grown, evolved, adapted, and transformed, but still kept our vision. We have moved spaces, restructured operations, faced challenges, celebrated victories — and through it all, we kept going.

This journey was never perfect. And we are still not perfect. But what defines us is that we always aim to be better.

To everyone who is with us today, guests and staffs— thank you.

Thank you for staying through the imperfect days.

Thank you for believing in the direction we are heading.

To those who were once part of atout and have since moved on — Every individual who walked through our doors and wore the atout name contributed to who we are today. Whether the time with us was short or long, effort, energy, and dedication helped shape this restaurant’s story. We are grateful for that contribution.

atout is not just a space. It is built on people — past and present.
Every service, every event, every busy night, every quiet afternoon — all of it adds up to eight years of memories, lessons, and growth.
