We are 8!
Eight years ago, atout started with a vision: to create a space where food, wine, and people come together with food served with no chemicals and from known sources. Over the years, we have grown, evolved, adapted, and transformed, but still kept our vision. We have moved spaces, restructured operations, faced challenges, celebrated victories — and through it all, we kept going.
This journey was never perfect. And we are still not perfect. But what defines us is that we always aim to be better.
To everyone who is with us today, guests and staffs— thank you.
