ail concept is as straightforward as its moniker – selling artisanal tarts baked from scratch all day with only the best available ingredients sourced from around the world that are rare to find in Singapore. The clean and sleek 331 square feet interior draws all eyes to a marbled vitrine that showcases an array of intricately crafted tarts with vibrant-colored packaging. On her inspiration behind Tarte, she says, “I want guests to enjoy the tarts as I would serve them at Les Amis restaurant: freshly made with good ingredients and best fruits of the season. I aim to make the best version of the simplest desserts. I focus mainly on tarts because of the great combination of pastry, flavours, colours and textures.”

We appreciate everyone along this journey and you have made our time here truly special. Although we’re closing this chapter, we cherish all the memories and friendships forged over the years.

Buttery tart shell baked with rich chocolate frangipane. Chocolate Frangelico ganache encased within a whole vanilla-poached pear, placed on the tart and finished with caramelised hazelnut brittle. Tender pear, creamy ganache and warm hazelnut notes come together. The hazelnuts adds a gently crunch in contrast with the soft pear. Warm and comforting, this tart captures Autumn in a single piece.
