Sweet, silky, and just a little dangerous. Amaretto Di Saronno, mandarin orange, and passionfruit meet Sichuan pickled chili-infused vodka for a bold kick under that cloud of foam.

During this wonderful season of the year.
We created a dish that took inspiration from a very classic French dish and inject it with a classic Sichuan touch.
A take on Tournedos Rossini, we serve it with mapo tofu Ratatouille’.
Fillet Mignon, seared Foie Gras, Sliced Truffle, sauce madère, and a hint of iconic mapo tofu flavour from Ratatouille.

60 years of independence — a momentous milestone that honours not just our nation, but the vibrant flavours, heritage, and everyday stories that shape who we are.

Introducing: Our Loti Kaya Cocktail, crafted specially for SG60.
“Loti,” the Hokkien word for bread, is a warm nod to our hawker roots and the kopitiam culture that has nourished generations. In this glass, we’ve preserved that memory — and elevated it.

We start with our house-made alcoholic kaya — a rich, velvety blend of fat-washed spirits, traditional kaya, soy milk, coconut cream and gula melaka. It’s paired with a cocktail of Ondeh Ondeh Soju and gin, and served with toasted brioche — a luxurious dip into nostalgia.
