9月1日，Irish Duck Company (IDC) 很榮幸參與由 Bord Bia – Irish Food Board 愛爾蘭食品局 舉辦的 Taste of Ireland · Hong Kong 2026「尋味愛爾蘭交流品鑒會」，與香港餐飲業界一同探索來自愛爾蘭的優質食材與飲食文化。
活動於香港 ALTO Bar & Grill 舉行，並由愛爾蘭駐香港官方代表致辭，為來賓介紹愛爾蘭及其飲食文化。Bord Bia 團隊亦向現場餐飲業界及嘉賓展示多款優質愛爾蘭食品，包括牛肉、三文魚、海產，以及 Silver Hill Duck 愛爾蘭銀山鴨等，讓香港餐飲專業人士從不同角度體驗 Ireland on a Plate。🇮🇪
🦆 Silver Hill Duck 亦成為當晚其中一道亮點。
IDC 亞洲區銷售總監 Kennedy Low 代表 Silver Hill Duck，於現場向餐飲業界介紹銀山鴨的品牌特色、產品優勢及其在亞洲餐飲市場的應用潛力。
当晚 Silver Hill Duck 更以 Whole Roast Silver Hill Whole Irish Duck with Thyme and Orange Grand Marnier Jus 呈现，以西式 Bar & Grill 的烹调概念，展现银山鸭除了大家熟悉的中式烧鸭之外，在西餐、烧烤及现代创意料理上的多元可能。

On September 1st, Irish Duck Company (IDC) was honored to participate in the "Taste of Ireland · Hong Kong 2026" event, organized by Bord Bia – Irish Food Board, to explore the high-quality ingredients and culinary culture of Ireland with the Hong Kong food and beverage industry.
The event was held at ALTO Bar & Grill in Hong Kong, with a speech by the official representative of Ireland in Hong Kong introducing Ireland and its food culture to the guests. The Bord Bia team also showcased a variety of premium Irish dishes to the attendees, including beef, salmon, seafood, and Silver Hill Duck, allowing Hong Kong food professionals to experience Ireland on a plate from different perspectives. 🇮🇪
🦆 Silver Hill Duck was also a highlight of the evening.
Kennedy Low, Sales Director for IDC Asia, represented Silver Hill Duck at the event, introducing the brand's characteristics, product advantages, and application potential in the Asian food and beverage market to the industry.
That evening, Silver Hill Duck presented its signature dish, Whole Roast Silver Hill Whole Irish Duck with Thyme and Orange Grand Marnier Jus, showcasing its versatility beyond the familiar Chinese roast duck in Western cuisine, barbecue, and modern creative dishes through a Western-style bar and grill concept.
