A smoky pour for Singapore’s brightest week after dark.

Race through The Almave Circuit, a curated menu of Zero Edit cocktails crafted with Almave (), the non-alcoholicblue agave spirit co-founded by seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton ().

At Spago Bar & Lounge and Spago Dining Room, discover Volcanic Dove, where the smoky character of Almave Humo meets bright lime, grapefruit soda and smoked salt.

Sun-Kissed returns for one final edition this year on Sunday, 11 October.

Join us from 1 to 4pm for an afternoon of bright, floral pours, with lychee, elderflower, dragon fruit, citrus and rose setting the tone at the bar.

Inspired by Chef Wolfgang Puck’s grandmother’s recipe, our Traditional Kaiserschmarrn is baked to order until golden and cloud-like, then finished with warm strawberries, strawberry gelato and toasted almonds.

A Wolfgang signature prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Sam, with the comfort and nostalgia that have made it an enduring favourite.

Smiling our way towards the weekend.

This Saturday, our bartenders bring a fresh trio of pours to the rooftop for this month’s Sun-Kissed Saturday, from Purple Desire and Amethyst to the Zero Edit Blue Consequences, with bright florals, citrus and blue pea running through the line-up.

From 1 to 4pm, settle in with a drink as Chris and Diana fill the rooftop with their lively pop and rock medleys.

Quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking have always shaped our approach at Spago Dining Room.

In dishes such as our Pan-Seared Spotted Grouper “Laksa”, familiar local flavours are reinterpreted through a Spago lens, with an aromatic laksa broth poured tableside.

We’re pleased to be included once again in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore as a Selected restaurant.

Tonight’s Shades of Spago brought Employees Only Singapore and Spago together behind the bar.

From matcha and yuzu to coffee, cacao and açaí, the drinks kept coming while Spago bites arrived at the table and the music picked up across the rooftop.

There’s a little more to our cheeseburger than meets the eye.

Charcoal-grilled and layered with Gruyère, aged cheddar, garlic aioli and smoky onion jam, it brings plenty of depth to a familiar lunch favourite.

On 14 September, Employees Only Singapore joins Spago behind the bar for the next edition of Shades of Spago.
From 6pm until late, the evening unfolds over cocktails by both bars, from matcha and yuzu grapefruit to coffee and cacao, açaí and hibiscus, alongside a selection of Zero Edit creations.

From dusk until late, it all unfolds above the city, with a DJ soundtracking the night.
