Always bake fresh; day-old cakes never quite make the cut. Only use the best of ingredients; French butter, pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, bittersweet Belgian chocolate, perfectly ripe bananas. Skip the artificia

l preservatives. Buy from local suppliers; that way you know your eggs are fresh and your coffee beans newly roasted. Use seasonal produce so you’ll always be getting the best of the crop. And never ever, ever take shortcuts. Sift that flour thrice, toast those walnuts and grate that lemon zest by hand just as you’re about to use it. We won’t lie to you; it takes a good dose of heart. We honour home baking traditions and keep our recipes uncomplicated, but we take the time to get it bang-on perfect. We mull over spices, chocolate and fruits and deliberate on how to refine familiar flavours. We think real hard about what we put in front of you to eat.

After a brief pause, we’re glad to share that our Baby Celebrations range has returned. Thank you for all the messages over the past months – it means a lot to know that our Gender Reveal Cupcakes, Baby First Month Boxes and Maple Banana Smash Cake were missed, and that you’ve been thinking of us for your little ones’ earliest milestones. We’re looking forward to being here for all the sweet baby moments again!

Spring has sprung, bringing with it the joy of subtle yet unexpected surprises. Our Easter-inspired bakes, in flavours familiar and new, are now available on our café counters until end April.

Speaking of surprises, come Easter Sunday on 5 April, join us at any of our cafés (excluding Cluny Court and TANGS) for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Find three foam eggs in our nooks and crannies to trade them for a surprise treat!

In our cafés, spring shows up in more ways than one: a scatter of crisp, green herbs that brighten warm plates, the gentle spill of a rich, orange-yellow yolk over freshly toasted sourdough, and the bright, tart splash of fresh strawberries in season – colours and movement that signal a return to lighter, sun-warmed days.
 
Brunch Specials on the table this season:

New on our Spring menu this year is the Strawberry Earl Grey Olive Oil Cake, a rustic addition with housemade strawberry jam and earl grey buttercream sandwiched between layers of super soft and moist olive oil cake infused with the herbaceous notes of thyme.

Complement this with our Spring Cookies Box of hand-decorated iced vanilla bean cookies, and our table is all set for a brunch get-together over Easter weekend.

Our Spring Specials are now available in stores and online, from now until 28 April 2026.

Easter Egg Cake Truffles | Easter eggs hold joyful surprises. Ours open to a luscious “yolk” of molten caramel or fruit filling nestled in velvety cake and a chocolate shell – each one individually and carefully shaped, coated and decorated by hand.

Our egg truffles disappeared rather quickly last year so we’ve made a few more this time, in four new flavours:
•Chocolate Caramel
•Mango Passionfruit
•Pistachio Strawberry
•Raspberry

As the season of new life springs on us, our kitchen has started baking a timeless Easter favourite. Hot cross buns bring comfort in the simplest ways – the sweetly spiced aroma, the soft-yet-stretchy texture, and the imperfect but satisfying pull as you tear off a piece to enjoy.

This year, our Classic and Double Chocolate flavours return alongside new spins on things: Sticky Toffee and Raspberry White Chocolate. For a touch of Easter whimsy, our Hot Cross Bunnies have also emerged from their oven burrows to join the season’s fun.  
 
Available from 18 March to 28 April 2026 individually in stores, and in boxes of 6 for advance order online for delivery or self-collection.

March Cupcake Specials | For this month, Orange Passionfruit Meringue brings a tart brightness that marks the turn towards longer sunlit days with its orange cake, an orange compote and passionfruit curd centre, and a lightly toasted meringue frosting.

Butterscotch Chocolate Stout follows with contrasting depth – chocolate stout cake filled with stout-infused whipped cream, topped with a whipped butterscotch ganache frosting, a dollop of butterscotch sauce and cubes of housemate butterscotch fudge — as a tribute to St.Paddy’s Day mid-month.

Available on all nine of our café counters, and for delivery and self-collection via our online bakery, from now till the end of the month.

As we count down to the seasons of love and gathering, our cafés are serving a few simple comforts:
a hearty Potato & Leek Soup,
a Pulled Pork Croissant Burger with provolone cheese, red cabbage slaw, and roasted baby potatoes on the side,
and Hummus with Herb Focaccia, for sharing between two or more.
