Want every slice to taste as fresh as the moment it left our bakery? Save these 2 simple cake-care rules!

1️⃣ The Cut-Side Shield: Once you slice into your cake, press plastic wrap directly against the open sponge before putting it in the fridge. This seals in moisture and stops it from drying out!
2️⃣ The 20-Minute Rule: For mousse, fresh fruit, or cream cakes, take your slice out of the fridge 20 minutes before eating. Cold dulls flavor—letting it come to room temp unlocks maximum richness!

What’s your go-to cake storage trick?
