AUSTRALIAN LAMB RUMP, THAI RED CURRY

Our Australian lamb rump is cooked over josper for the perfect smokey goodness. Paired with an elevated version of Thai red curry - our house made red curry is a harmonious balance of sweet, salty, creamy and spicy notes. The dish is topped with a wing bean and shallot mix that is lightly dressed in olive oil and salt.
