Having spent time in Japan, she developed a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and cuisine, a foundation that continues to shape her approach to hospitality at Shinji, where she has been part of the team for the past seven years.
Through her experience, she embraces the spirit of omotenashi, a wholehearted and selfless approach to service that goes beyond attention to detail.
