Each cut of meat has been infused with spices and marinates that our chefs meticulously prepared over numerous hours. Our Mexican dishes packs a punch with the combination of savoury and earthy flavours. The depth of flavour is contrasted by the fresh lightness through the use of fresh herbs, vegetables and citrus which is prominent in authentic Mexican dishes. The fresh combination of the natural ingredients, accompanied by the tangy citrus from the lemon and lime, cuts away at the deep flavours of the sauces and meats.
