one of our favourite things about being a roastery is getting to constantly explore new coffees.

our filter menu is always changing as we bring in coffees from different origins, producers and processes. currently on rotation at oaks coffee roasters:

• mount totumas, panama — natural, caturra
apricot, gooseberry, lemon drops

• los santos, peru — fully washed, geisha
white peach, jasmine, lemon tea

• el vergel passiflora, colombia — semi-washed, bourbon
passionfruit, honey

each one brings something different to the cup, so if you are looking for something new to try, drop by 619H Bukit Timah Road and see what we are brewing. ☕️

To everyone who stopped by for a cup, picked up a bag, brought your friends, or simply came over to say hello, thank you! It was really good seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new ones.

A big thank you to the team at Another Coffee for putting together a great festival and bringing the coffee community together. And of course, to all the organisers, and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you for making it happen.

Most importantly, thank you to our team for the long days, early mornings and endless cups of coffee. 🤎

our online store is officially open.

we have recently launched our online store, making it easier to bring our coffees home and enjoy them wherever you are.

our drip bags are now available online — freshly roasted in-house and packed for an easy, fuss-free brew. no grinder or equipment needed. just tear, hang, pour hot water, and enjoy.

we’ll be rotating the coffees in our drip bags seasonally, based on the coffees we have available, so there’s always something new to look forward to.

this is just the beginning, with more coffees and products coming to the online store soon.

Freshly baked with ripe bananas and generously filled with chocolate chips 🍌🍫

Our Banana Chocolate Cake is one of our best sellers for a reason. Made with ripe bananas for that naturally sweet, moist texture, with chocolate chips folded throughout for little pockets of chocolate in every bite.

We serve it heated up, so the chocolate chips turn perfectly melty and gooey, especially good alongside your favourite coffee.

There’s always something new brewing at Oaks.

Our coffee beans are roasted in-house every week, with a rotating selection of coffees that keeps things fresh, seasonal and exciting. From familiar favourites to new lots and origins we can’t wait to share, we are constantly working on bringing something different to the bar.

All our coffees are roasted between light to medium, allowing the character of each coffee to shine through — whether it’s bright and fruit-forward, floral and delicate, or sweet and balanced.

We have got plenty of new and exciting coffees coming up, and our webstore will be launching very soon. Soon, you will be able to browse our latest roasts and bring your favourite coffees home with you.
