We went from greenhorn hawkers to taking a leap into a 20-seater cafe that humbled us, to finally building this cozy space we’ve called home for the last 7 years.

When we first started, no vendor would sell us an espresso machine unless we paid in full cash... so we could only sell cold brew tea! Big love to the supplier who took a leap of faith on us back then—9 years later, you're still our best partner.

Looking back at our menu, the growth feels surreal. We started with just 1 coffee bean selection. Today, we proudly dial in 3 different espresso options alongside a curated lineup dedicated purely to pourovers.

After 9 years, it’s still just the 2 of us managing every single thing behind the counter—from dialing in shots to logistics and cleaning up. We still don't know how we manage it every day, except by God's grace and your incredible support.

We are definitely not the best, but we are so glad to be a part of your daily workday necessity. Thank you for being ever so kind to 2 noob baristas who started with just a 1-day crash course, and thank you for growing your coffee palates alongside us all these years! ❤️

After months of "research" in the back room, we’ve finally perfected the ultimate barista fuel. Meet the Mashed Potatogato—where the steakhouse meets the specialty coffee bar.

We’ve swapped out the traditional vanilla gelato for a velvety, triple-creamed scoop of premium Russet Mashed Potato. It’s savory, it’s fluffy, and it’s the perfect sponge for our signature double-shot espresso "gravy."

✨ THE "GOLDEN CROWN" UPGRADE ✨
For the true connoisseurs, we recommend the Raw Organic Egg Yolk topping (+$1.50).
Stir the yolk into the piping hot espresso and starchy base to create a rich, custard-like "Carbonara Crema" that coats the palate and fuels you for a 12-hour shift.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Toasted tuber & dark cocoa.
Palate: Buttery saltiness, earthy minerals, silky yolk.
Finish: Lingering notes of Russet skin and caffeine.

Attempting to dial in our new W**e Natural.
18g > 41g > 15 seconds.

Tasting Notes:
❌ W**e? No.
❌ Plum? No.
✅ Salty Soy Sauce? Yes. 🥴

When a shot runs this fast, you get all the saltiness of the bean but none of the sweetness. It’s basically an espresso shot of savory soup.

Adjusting the grind finer right now because no one ordered a 'Salted Soy Latte' which taste really funky after I tried it with milk as well.

to a cosy takeaway coffee kiosk just a short walk away..

We’ve grown with every cup, serving our local community with pride.
From Cold brew teas, to Kyoto Tower cold drip, to handwhisk matcha and hojicha for your daily rituals, we got better every step..

And with your constant support and recommendation to friends and others, in 2025…
We are able to add in another coffee grinder to serve our first seasonal beans and a later additional of a curated decaf selection — because everyone deserves their perfect cup.

🚧 New Hours, Same Great Coffee! ☕💪
We’re taking a little extra time to rest and recharge — so we’ll now be open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Think of it as beauty sleep... but for your baristas 😴✨

Both barista and daughter are recovering well, and may they speedily recover to their best form yet. 💖

Sorry people. We will be CLOSED for a few days.

Jacky and daughter got into an accident on the way home last night.

Jacky is currently warded in the hospital due to concussion and deep (and through) cut on the face. Daughter is resting at home with a cast on her right ankle and arm sling to prevent further injuries. Both are alert and require plenty rest.

Do keep our little family in your prayers.
