Chef Kamβs culinary journey is a fusion of Dutch, Indonesian, and Chinese heritage, reflecting his diverse background and experiences from top restaurants around the world. Drawing inspiration from his fine dining and cultural roots, GOHO v2.0 promises to be both refined and approachable, while staying true to traditional Japanese cuisine.Β
Spring marks the debut of Chef Kamβs menu featuring 3 options: Sakura ($88++), Sumire ($138++), and Ume ($188++). Expect Spring exclusive dishes like Chef Kamβs signature Unagi Temaki as well as Aka Ebi marinated in mango curry and mango salsa.
