Dear patrons, it's been a journey these 15 months. We want to thank everyone for supporting us and for your kind words of encouragement.
Roots' last day of operation is on 31 Oct 2016. Thank you for your patronage.

However, before the end, we have invited guest Chef Ian and our own Chef Alvin to prepare a special set menu for this weekend.
Chef Ian
With 13 years of culinary experience under his belt and associating with good mentors and leaders along the way, Chef Ian was tasked with overseeing the multitude of gastronomic concepts at Singapore Land Towers & The Fullerton Waterboat House during his stint as Executive Chef at Hidden Door Concepts.

Chef Alvin
After graduating in 2007 from Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre, Chef Alvin went on to work at Maldives as Sous Chef of the Velassaru Resort. After spending two years at Maldives, Chef Alvin came together with a few friends in the opening of Roots Kitchen Bar.
Now both Chefs decided to team up to present to you the finest quality of food you have ever tasted. This Friday & Saturday, Roots Kitchen Bar will be presenting an exclusive set menu by two premium chefs.
