Chef Rishi brings Thailand to the table - with a few cheeky twists along the way.

One night, one deliciously unruly menu and all the bold, bright, punchy flavours of Thailand, with a few Part Thai, part unexpected curveballs along the way.

Inspired by street stalls, roadside plates and late-night eats, this is Thailand through Rishi’s eyes: familiar flavours, plenty of chilli, loads of crunch and dishes designed for the table.
