A trio of our new signature Pizza Alla Pala. Inspired by Rome's vibrant street food culture, Pizza Alla Pala is a Roman-style pizza baked in a long, paddle-shaped form (pala means "paddle" in Italian).

It features a light, airy interior and a crisp crust, perfect for sharing. We are now officially open to public so join us and enjoy different bites in one amazing experience. Fennel Sausage — bursting with aromatic fennel, thinly sliced red onions for the sweetness and savoury sausage. Aglio e Olio — classic garlic and olive oil, pure and flavourful.

A new chapter is taking shape in Singapore.

As Osteria Mozza begins its next chapter at ION Orchard, we are excited to welcome chi SPACCA to Hilton Singapore Orchard for a one-year culinary residency in Q4. Bringing Nancy Silverton’s celebrated Italian grill concept to Singapore, chi SPACCA will offer a distinctly different expression of her culinary vision centred around the grill, generous sharing and its signature savoury pies.

We are incredibly grateful to all the media who joined us for this special announcement and for being part of this exciting moment. Thank you for your continued support, curiosity and enthusiasm as we embark on what lies ahead!

Our Pizza alla Pala is a long, airy pizza with a crisp, golden crust, inspired by the street food traditions of Rome. Topped simply with vibrant tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and fragrant basil, it celebrates the beauty of Italian ingredients without overcomplicating them.

Pizza alla Pala takes its inspiration from Rome's vibrant street food culture. "Pala" means paddle in Italian, referring to the long wooden board traditionally used to serve this distinctive pizza.

What makes it different? A highly hydrated dough gives it a light, airy interior and crisp exterior, baked in a long, oval shape that's made for sharing.

At Mozza, it's designed to sit at the centre of the table. Generous enough for one, perfect for two or three to enjoy together. A Roman classic, reimagined through Chef Nancy's lens.
