The application for registration of the Orange & Teal Social Enterprise and Cooperative (OTSEC) is still pending approval from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth since its submission in May 2025.

The closure of Orange & Teal at the Rochester Mall, which is a separate project from OTSEC, will have no bearing on the Cooperative.

In 'Sofia's Search for Justice', Sofia turns to God for guidance on how best to respond when her beloved pet is injured by a reckless driver. Amid her anger and sadness, young Sofia strives to honour her faith through her actions. Inspired by the principles of restorative justice, 'Sofia’s Search for Justice' explores how God's grace and mercy can be demonstrated through conversations with those affected by trauma.

"Restorative justice practitioners understand the challenge of advocating for change in systems deeply rooted in retributive justice. When children grow up believing that conflict resolution means responding to harm with harm—an 'eye for an eye' approach—shifting perspectives becomes even more difficult. This is what makes Belle’s book such a valuable and timely resource. Taking an upstream approach, it presents restorative principles in a simple and engaging way, helping young children grasp that relational harms are best addressed through relational solutions. Belle also weaves in Bible verses, illustrating how the restorative justice process aligns with biblical teachings on treating others with kindness and justice." - from Lim Jun Liang James, a RJ practitioner and parent.
