Thai curries are rich in history and as diverse as it gets. I love my massaman, panang, green and yellow curries, with meats like beef, chicken, mutton, lamb shank, pork, fish and vegetables. Curries from different provinces with different influences from the past. We at Old Airport Road food centre sell red, green and yellow curries. As we prepared the curries in a different style and was more soupy than thick, we became curious and looked into their history and influences. Thailand is known for its cultural diversity, hence, history has shown Indian traders and missionaries shared spices and herbs from their country of origin, leading to thai cuisine being known for being spicy. For us it is the mixture of flavours that makes your tastebuds dance with every mouthful. Thanks to our mentor, our Thai curries are cooked the traditional way, prepared by intellectually challenged staff. Our staff are willing to learn, are hardworking and grateful for the opportunity given to them. Do pop by and try our food. This stall is Muslim owned.
