Come 10 September, we welcome BISCO SAKABA 〜ビスコ酒場〜 UPSTAIRS for a night of dining, drinking and, dare we say, dancing—the three Ds that have put this little Orchard Plaza natural w**e bistro firmly on the radar.

𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 食べ物 🍽️🤤
We’re pitching one half of Bisco Sakaba, chef Kei (Kei Nagayasu) alongside our head chef JD (JhiunDick Leong) for a communal menu that wanders happily between their worlds.

Oyster cream and aosa tucked into quiche. White fish shabu-shabu perfumed with smoked tomato and basil. A whole squid charred and stuffed with inky risotto. Aged duck spiced with smoked blackberries. Chestnut garganelli. Hojicha mousse.

French? Japanese? Italian? Call it what you will. As long as it's deeelicious.

𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 飲酒🍷🍶
Our own Ronald Kamiyama IWS will be keeping you happy and hydrated, curating and pouring a pairing every bit as eclectic as the food: grapes plucked and perfected by Japanese hands, natural-leaning w**es, ancient sake made using age-old methods, and other curious bottles he thinks you should be drinking.

𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 ダンス 🕺🏻🪩
Back on the decks is Joo Chiat’s very own Black Cat Brother (MR. HAS), who will be digging through his crates of rare grooves, disco, funk and world music on wax as dinner rolls on.

And because a night like this deserves something to remember it by, we’ve commissioned artist and friend of Bisco, Ken Kaneko (ken kaneko), to create a series of original illustrations inspired by the good food, strange w**es and general shenanigans of .
