Beginning as a small 15 square metre shop in Juso, Osaka in 1963, its attention to detail and meticulous believe in quality has shot it to international fame, carried by its quality seafood, which underscores its menus as freshly sliced sashimi, atop handcrafted sushi, served in colourful rice bowls and rolled into innovative handrolls, each as mouthwatering as the other.
