We are honored to partner with Chateau De Pommard for an exclusive, intimate Wine Pairing Dinner at Yi Qian Private Dining.
Join us on 4th June at 7pm for a truly exceptional culinary and wine journey. We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Jean-Philippe Lemoine, General Manager of Château de Pommard, who will guide us through a selection of their finest Burgundy wines, sharing the stories, passion, and unique terroir behind each bottle.
Our curated menu has been designed to elevate these exceptional wines, featuring dishes like Stir-fried Shark’s Fin Soup served in Teapot, Crispy Sea Cucumber with Abalone, and the iconic Irish Roasted Duck.
