We produce freshly made steamed bun everyday, with the dough colors from natural ingredient (e.g. carrot juice, spinach juice, chilli juice, black sesame, bamboo charcoal powder, wholemeal bran, cocoa powder, dark brown sugar, etc)
Bun filing contains low level of sugar and oil, definitely no preservatives added.
