🍓 Strawberry — about 7g of sugar per cup. High in vitamin C and antioxidants.⁠
🥝 Kiwi — around 9g per 100g. Packed with vitamin C, K and fibre.⁠
🍋 Grapefruit — about 8g per half fruit. Known for supporting digestion and metabolism.⁠
🥑 Avocado — less than 1g of sugar per 100g. Yes, avocado is technically a fruit.⁠
🫐 Blackberry — around 4.9g per 100g. Full of fibre which slows sugar absorption too.⁠
