Another party prep and a fun lesson in rice paper rolling.
Go on, shred those veggies, add a NutrifyPrep pack of carbs and see how industrious, gentle, or careful your friends are at handling delicate issues... i mean, rice paper. ๐
You can quick dowse in and flip the rice paper in a tray of water or use a water spray to spritz it. Either ways, it's not easy to handle softened rice paper wraps - you'll either get holes or a lump of carbs.
Bonus: PEANUT BUTTER DIP
Add a teaspoon of vinegar and soya sauce. Really up to you to blend to your taste. Can dilute with a teaspoon of water.
(If you're really onst, blend in roasted peanuts, cashews, almonds or seeds.)
