Ethan My Prawn Noodles closed on 27 Oct but the couple is looking to open a new takeaway bakery elsewhere at Hougang.

Thank you Jieying from for covering our prawn noodles story, it shall mark the final episodes of our hawker journey . We will certainly emerge again to serve our prawn noodles, with only the freshest wild-caught sea prawns and the finest ingredients!

We would like to give our heartfelt gratitude to our customers and friends who patronised and supported us so that our biz can stay alive for the past 7 months. We also thank those who gave blunt yet honest reviews about our dishes and services, it gave us the chance to improve ourselves. Till then folks, see you again.

Hello and goodbye everyone!

We would like to thank everyone for patronising and supporting us for the past months. It’s been a short (though it feels so long for us) 7-month journey running a hawker stall with my supportive and encouraging wife .

Due to exponential cost increases and inconsistent supply of our wild-caught sea prawns, it becomes unjustifiable for us to keep our price affordable, especially in a hawker centre setting. Hence, we’ve decided to close our stall and our last day of operation is 27 Oct, Friday.

Meanwhile, we like to take this opportunity to announce that will be moving out from our home kitchen! More updates will be posted in due course, so see you guys in the upcoming festive seasons!

Hello everybody! Kindly take note that we will be closed EVERY Saturday until further notice (followed by off days on Sundays). The closure is to support our operations for its future bake sales! Thank you!

Hello everyone! Due to a shortage of sea prawns, we will be closed from 29 April 2023 to 01 May 2023 (Saturday to Monday).

If you still wanna head down to Amoy Street Food Centre for other food choices, please note that the entire food centre will be closed for washing on Labour Day, 01 May.

Business will resume on 02 May, Tuesday. Thank you!
