How can you forget eggplants when it comes to barbeque? Its skin is nicely burnt and crispy and its flesh so soft and tender. When paired with the sour and salty taste of whistle, (a type of fermented long bean dish) the dish goes so well with rice, a bowl of rice is definitely not enough!
