On Saturday August 24, Café Skogsrået will open in downtown Ultuna!

Given the amazing crew behind this café, it will clearly be an awesome place!

We’re also quite pleased that our roastery will be the sole provider of coffee.

Like a few of our fellow specialty coffee folks in Sweden, the Broker Coffee Roastery celebrates its tenth anniversary this year!

We will celebrate a few different ways, the first of which is a move from the beautiful downtown Ultuna to the awesome downtown Boländerna.

More info (perhaps including an event or two) will follow but our new home is within a larger space where there will be a focus on coffee, baked goods, cultural activities, the locally produced and coffee. And we are very excited about it!

What’s up?
We are back with a new season on Cake’n’Coffee tastings where we get to try different kinds of specialty coffee (AMAZING stuff, best coffee you’ve ever had, I promise) as well as 5 different desserts

These events are a creative platform for me so I’m going wild with trying new recipes and techno and flavors so menu is promising to be epic.

Among the sweets this time we’ll have:
