I was preciously very privileged to work alongside some wonderful people on the campaign, raising money for the Syrian Children’s Fund.

We are now returning with

Through the campaign, we will raise awareness, sustain momentum and raise funds for the intensifying humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Through cooking, sharing recipes and the power of social media, we invite everyone to help keep the worlds attention on Palestine.

And that’s a wrap!

The closing team met for a magical dinner last night and the resounding theme around the table of what made such a great place to work was the people themselves. We really built a family.

It was a crazy rollercoaster of a four year ride on our corner in Sumpan and it was those we got to work alongside and those we got to meet, feed and serve that made every bump, high and low such a valuable, memorable and fun experience.

Thank you to every guest and every supplier that joined us along the way.
But the biggest thanks go out to these guys - we are proud of a lot that we achieved but we are most proud of our team.
Onwards! 💫

Saturday September 2nd we celebrated our 4th birthday here at PTL and also our last day running our beloved little restaurant here in Sundbyberg - Paul Taylor Lanthandel. After much joy and much toil, we have decided to take a break.

In warm hands, we will hand the keys over to David who will continue to run the space in the same spirit along with our wonderful staff. Our goal was to create a circular destination in Sundbyberg with a food and beverage offer that celebrates our local farmers and wonderful artisans of the beverage industry. We now feel that we have succeeded in our quest and choose to move on to continue our mission of igniting a green gastronomic revolution.

We thank all the wonderful regulars, visiting guests and the whole of Sundbyberg for taking us into your hearts and enjoying our time here on our little corner. We really hope that you continue to visit this small place that creates experiences with a wonderful aftertaste today but also for the future.

Den 2/9 är vår 4:e födelsedag men också vår sista dag med våran älskade lilla restaurang i Sundbyberg Paul Taylor lanthandel. Kom gärna ner och fira med ett sista möte på denna plats.

Efter mycket glädje och mycket slit har vi bestämt oss för att ta en paus. Vi kommer att lämna över stället i varma händer till David som kommer att driva det vidare med våran underbara personal i samma anda. Målet var att skapa en cirkulär destination i Sundbyberg med en mat och dryckesprodukt som hyllar våra bönder och hantverkare inom dryckes industrin. Vi känner nu att vi har lyckats med uppdraget och väljer att gå vidare för att fortsätta våran mission om en grön gastronomisk revolution. Vi tackar alla underbara stammisar, tillresta gäster och hela Sundbyberg för att ni tagit in oss i era hjärtan och njutit på vårt lilla hörn. Hoppas att ni fortsätter besöka detta lilla ställe som skapar upplevelser med underbar eftersmak i dag men också för framtiden. Kram och tack Ruth, Erik, Mattias, Petter och Paul
