POV: You have Filipino roots and somehow every celebration ends with… UBE CAKE. 💜😂

🎂 Birthday? Ube cake.
💍 Anniversary? Ube cake.
🎓 Graduation? Ube cake.
📅 Monthly birthday? You guessed it… UBE CAKE.
🥳 No reason? Still ube cake.

At this point, it’s not just dessert.
It’s a Filipino tradition. 🇵🇭💜

The 2nd most requested cake design after vintage cakes — meme cakes! 😂🎂🥳🎈

What’s inside this cake? ☕🍫
Mocha chiffon cake with swiss meringue mocha buttercream

A flavor that will surely bring back nostalgic memories with every bite. 🤎 It tastes just like the classic mocha cakes you’d usually find in local bakeries in the Philippines — soft, light, creamy, and wonderfully nostalgic. 🇵🇭

We’re so in love with all the vintage birthday and wedding cakes lately, but this time it was all about a vintage baptism cake 😍💙⛪️

Paired with moist chocolate cupcakes, chocolate ball (chokladboll) pops and delicate macarons for the sweet table.

For the savory selection, we served classic Swedish smörgåstårta (sandwich cakes) in three delicious varieties: salmon & shrimp, roast beef & turkey, and lastly, a traditional silltårta (herring sandwich cake).

Reception: Taralets Coffee & Home
