👨‍🍳 A LA CARTE-KOCK SÖKES TILL KRYP IN – GAMLA STAN

Är du k**k och gillar bra råvaror, matlagning från grunden och ett mindre kök där kvalitet står i fokus? Då kanske vi söker just dig!

Kryp In i Gamla stan är en liten och personlig restaurang med 37 sittplatser. Vi arbetar med det svenska köket och lägger stor vikt vid bra råvaror, hantverk och att laga maten från grunden.

Nu söker vi en självgående a la carte-k**k för timanställning.

• 3–4 kvällar i veckan
• Varannan helg
• Timanställning
• A la carte-service
• Möjlighet till extra prepp-pass för dig som vill jobba fler timmar
• Start enligt överenskommelse

👨‍🍳 Vi tror att du
• Har erfarenhet av a la carte
• Är trygg och självgående i köket
• Gillar att laga mat från grunden
• Har respekt för bra råvaror
• Trivs i ett mindre team där alla hjälps åt
• Gillar högt tempo när servicen drar igång
• Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har ett gott humör

Hos oss är det 37 gäster – inte 300. Det betyder att vi kan lägga fokus på detaljerna, maten och gästen.

Vi söker dig som tycker att det är roligt att laga riktigt bra mat och vill bli en del av ett litet och sammansvetsat team.
